Every eyepower red device includes a rechargeable LiPo battery which greatly limits the shipping options available.

To give the best compromise between speed, reliability and cost we send using Royal Mail in the UK which hands over to the domestic postal service for international shipments.  

Your order will be tracked all the way and the status can be viewed using the tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

UK SHIPMENTS

This is a tracked parcel service that will normally deliver within 2 days of shipping date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Royal Mail Tracked / Domestic Postal Service
International shipments are sent through Royal Mail in the UK with the final delivery being handled by the postal service in your country. All orders are tracked and progress can be followed using the tracking number on the Royal Mail web site.

The ‘Delivery Aims’ shown in the table below are in working days and exclude the day of collection.
