PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

1) Returning Faulty Goods

Your eyepower red is guaranteed free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date. In the unlikely event that your eyepower red does not perform as expected then please email details of the problem to: support@eye-power.co.uk

If it is found that your product is faulty, we will issue you with a returns number and I ask that you return your product to us. Please ensure that the returns number is clearly marked on the packaging.

Please use the lowest cost international tracked service in your country to send it back to us at the following address:

As soon as we receive your faulty item we will send a new one out to you.

We will also refund all reasonable postage costs to your credit card.

2) Returning Non-Faulty

Goods You may at any time within 30 days of receiving your eyepower red, return it to us for a refund.

Please return it in the original condition and in the original packaging.

Once we have received your order will will issue a refund to the value of the original order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our premises.

Please return the goods to us using a low cost tracked parcel service where possible and ensure they are adequately packaged to avoid damage during shipment.

We are not able to issue refunds for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase and which should arrive in your account within 5 business days of us receiving the returned product.
